Recharge and Coin Usage


Coin Deduction: Coins are deducted for calls and other services as specified on our platform. Coins can only be recharged and used for availing our services.

Non-Refundable: Once coins are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Mistakes made during the payment process are non-refundable. However, users can utilize their coins for services and, upon using all coins, can choose to close their account.


Technical Errors


Payment Gateway Errors: In case of technical errors resulting in multiple charges or other payment gateway issues, users should contact our email support team at contact@peacemindapp.com. Valid claims will be reviewed, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Email Support for Errors: For any technical errors or issues with transactions, users should email our support team at contact@peacemindapp.com. Each claim will be assessed individually.


Finality of Transactions


No Refunds for User-Initiated Actions: Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than technical errors acknowledged by our support team.

Utilizing Coins: Users are encouraged to use all their coins for services. Once all coins are utilized, users may close their account if they wish to do so.
